- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, data analytics, or a related role.
- Experience with SQL and reviewing existing SQL code.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud financial processes.
- Experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) and the ability to review and create clear, concise process documentation.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and business teams.
