As an intern, you will work at many interfaces within the energy team and have contact with various topics. You will mainly be involved in an environmental/energy management system, analyzing data, building data models, and creating reports.

Start Date: September / Oktober 2024

Duration: 6 months

• Support in ensuring the site's energy supply and monitoring.
• Participation in the commercial, legal, and technical evaluation of energy projects.
• Conducting energy analyses and creating detailed energy reports.
• Implementation, maintenance, and development of energy management and monitoring systems.
• Integration and validation of energy data from various sources.
• Collaboration with various departments and external energy suppliers.
• Evaluation of energy efficiency measures according to applicable standards.

• Working towards Bachelor or Master degree in: Energy Engineering, Energy Data Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Enjoy working with unknown topics and no fear of new challenges which requires good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Familiar with the principles of grid-bound energy industry and energy monitoring/data management.
• Experience with management systems, ideally in the field of environment or energy.
• Pragmatic and creative problem-solving skills and an independent and proactive working style.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and thermodynamics.
• Knowledge of handling and analyzing energy data and experiences with data integration and validation techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Programming skills in Python or SQL (desirable).
