As a Cloud services architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering a scalable, secure, and highly available database solution that meets the evolving needs of our customers.
• You will define the technical architecture to ensure the services are performant, highly scalable, available and meet the cloud security standards
• You will be working closely with other internal teams, such as product management, designers, and end-users to ensure product success.
• You will provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams and operations teams to ensure that the solutions built meet the customer and operational parameters
• You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud services performance, scalability, and security and provide develop creative solutions to resolve the issues
• You will develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of the services.
• You will stay up to date with the latest advancements in cloud computing, database technologies, and distributed systems.What you bring

• You have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• You have 10+ years of hands-on development experience and are proficient in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Java
• You have experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• You have experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and monitoring tools such as Grafana & Prometheus
• You have deep knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• You have a strong passion for solving distributed systems challenges and experience working with distributed systems.
• You have experience with large-scale data architecture, data modelling, database design, and information systems implementation.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have strong leadership skills and can provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
