In this role, you will leverage a range of diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement across our fashion business. Key responsibilities include:- 8+ years of experience as a data scientist or in a similar analytical role, with a proven track record of driving business impact.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and machine learning frameworks like Python, Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, etc.
- Strong statistical and modeling skills, with the ability to design and interpret experiments, as well as apply predictive analytics.- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- 5+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- 4+ years of data scientist experience
- Experience with statistical models e.g. multinomial logistic regression

- 2+ years of data visualization using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny, etc. experience
- Experience managing data pipelines
- Experience as a leader and mentor on a data science team
