FSO People Consulting – Senior Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager - Dublin

Our FSO People Advisory Services professionals assist our clients in successfully defining, implementing, and sustaining their people agenda. We have a number of exciting, client facing roles (Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, Director) for individuals with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas:

Successful Candidates will:

• Be degree qualified and have relevant people advisory professional experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in/for a Financial Services Organisation i.e. banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors etc.
• Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
• Be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions
• Be pragmatic and resilient - taking a practical approach to solving issues and focused on achieving
• Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions
• Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives
• Be experienced in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation

For Manager+ positions you must have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience and demonstrable experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.
