Coordinate the receiving process at the fulfilment center, actively participating in preparing the visibility for the 3PL (third party logistic), planning and control of the resources ensuring information needed can be available in a correct and timely manner.
Coordinate the Returns process ensuring the interface reliability, RA (Returns Authorization) created in SAP are received and processed in WMS (warehouse management system) and correctly posted in SAP looking for the best option to take advantage of our products.
Monitor the Returns per channel productivity and look for initiatives that improve the flow of the goods in the process including the analysis of refurbishing to increase the A-grade availability.
Ensure compliance with the returns global policies (classification and registration of quality defects) by training and supervising the operational personnel of the 3PL (third party logistic) and all required teams.
Register and report the status of returns and claims on the different platforms (DocuSign, Sales Force, adiComp)
Follow up the replenishment productivity looking for opportunities to improve the processes and the resource optimization.
Support 3PL (third party logistic) in system & process improvement projects, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
Be in charge of the validation of the different services related to the inbound processes in order to give approval to the 3PL (third party logistic) invoices (including provisions).
