Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field.
- Experience with global thermal supply base and technologies for server and storage infrastructure.
- Experience in thermal management from infrastructure to chip including next generation cooling technologies, materials, components and solutions.
- Ability to travel, and drive change with a long term perspective across multiple functions and transform the business.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations, and resolve conflicts while working cross-functionally with internal/external partners.
- Excellent leadership, management, with outstanding business acumen, decision-making, and investigative skills.
