•Develop and maintain RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
•Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
•Assist in the design and implementation of scalable and efficient automation solutions.
•Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•1-2 years of experience in RPA development.
•Experience in developing projects for financial services is highly desirable.
•Strong understanding of RPA concepts and architecture.
•Proficiency in RPA tools such as Blue Prism (preferred), UiPath (preferred) or Automation Anywhere.
•Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
•Availability to travel.
