As a Technology Specialist, you proactively identify and engage with key customer technical decision-makers and influencers while collaborating with the sales team to help lead sales strategy. You use your knowledge of customer context, along with deep technical, domain, and industry expertise, to build credibility with customers. You lead and secure complex technical wins, leveraging your understanding of available resources. You scale wins through partners in a sell-with environment by promoting partners within the Microsoft ecosystem. You support partner technical capacity by monitoring and analyzing resources through interactions, communicating with managers, and identifying new partnership opportunities to build the subsidiary strategy. You build competitive knowledge, document competitive patterns, and share insights within the community to drive changes and escalations for competitive selling strategies. You proactively develop strategic cross-workload, subsidiary, and account-level responses to specific market threats by identifying market patterns and delivering feedback to the business group on trends and needs.
