Whowill be responsible for the repair and/or modification on articles inaccordance with applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR’s) and RepairStation procedures. Ensure that customer Reason for Return is addressed inaccordance with the customer’s purchase order and any applicable maintenancedocumentation from the customer. This position ensures that all applicablemaintenance is performed on customer returns and that the unit meets theapplicable test requirements for the product. Inaddition, the Technical Inspector is responsible for Final Inspection ofarticles serviced by technicians and for issuing Return to Servicedocumentation.
Key Responsibilities

• InterpretComponent Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, and other technical dataapproved by the administrator (Customer Supplied Data) required to perform therepair tasks.
• Prioritizeand process units in order to meet customer due date.
• Performa preliminary inspection of the unit to include confirming customer Reason forRemoval, fault isolation, disassembly, cleaning, and component inspection.
• Determinethe material and estimated man-hours required for maintenance and providewarranty considerations.
• Repair,assemble, and inspect the unit in accordance with required technical data toreturn the unit to service.
• Performfinal test of unit in accordance with approved data to determine eligibilityfor return to service.
• Processunits in accordance with Quality Management System and Repair Station/QualityManual.
• Complete required documentation as describedin the Repair Station/Quality Manual.
• Validatethe Test Equipment is within Calibration.
• Inspectproduct and documentation to prepare for Return to Service
• Drive5S principles and support all HOS and continuous improvement activities withinarea of responsibility

You Must Have

• Bachelor'sDegree in Electronic
• 18-24months of repair and inspection experience
• Befamiliar with the applicable regulations and proficient in inspection methodsof the work performed and approved for return to service.
• A CHTANAC certificate
• Englishproficiency
• MSoffice
• Availabilityto work fully on-site
• Experiencewith SMD of rework and soldering
