Complex Problem-Solving: Experience in driving large-scale engineering efforts that solve significantly complex or endemic problems. Capability to identify gaps/opportunities within or between architectures and organizations.Risk Management and Optimization: Proficiency in identifying potential risks, updating processes, and ensuring accurate data collection and monitoring for informed decision-making.Program Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of complex technology projects, ensuring adherence to best practices in communications, planning, scheduling, and risk management. Ability to manage and deliver multiple technology programs simultaneously.Key job responsibilities
Program Management:
Oversee the VirtualAgent initiative, managing the portfolio of projects to enhance assistant capabilities across the organization. Ensure best practices are followed, and the program delivers significant improvements in user experience and efficiency.In the Workforce Optimization program, partner with HR and operations stakeholders to set project priorities and milestones. Negotiate priorities to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals.Program Oversight:Oversee the roadmap for the key programs, driving tactical and strategic improvements in workforce management systems. Ensure the program enhances operational efficiency and aligns with organizational objectives.Leadership and Strategy:Risk Management and Optimization:For the Asset Telemetry program, identify potential risks related to data collection and monitoring. Update processes and documentation to ensure telemetry data is accurate and actionable, allowing the organization to make informed decisions based on real-time insights.

- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
