This role is field position.
You are responsible for:
- Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization for HPM.
- Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts (hospitals, medical institutions).
- Identify opportunities for your customers within dedicated portfolio.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies for HPM.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- University degree. Medical educational background would be an asset.
- Experience in sales or account management role, preferably within healthcare business.
- Professional knowledge and experience in the usage of relevant marketing and sales techniques.
- Good English skills and Polish language.
- Excellent independent negotiation skills, performed within given guidelines and sales plan.
- High level of business acumen.
- Readiness for intensive traveling.
