Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role.
- 3+ years experience working with social media platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in executive or corporate communications, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Proven writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with attention to detail and a flair for translating complex ideas into accessible narratives
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Curiosity and passion for AI, productivity technology, and innovation.
- Creative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic about Microsoft’s mission and excited to amplify the impact of its products in customers’ lives.
