Create meaningful content that supports prospects, customers and our sales team throughout the customer lifecycle
Produce engaging written content tailored to business audience, on financial and tax related topics
Author, edit, and review product marketing content including product descriptions, sales enablement assets, newsletters, white papers, website content, thought leadership materials, tutorials, customer success stories, webinars, FAQs, social media content, and more, working with Company’s Tax&Law Professionals and business development teams
Work with the Marketing Communications Team and Tax&Law Managers to develop content ideas that underpin campaigns
Curate information from industry sources, news outlets, third-party research, web, social media, and other sources
Edit and polish existing content to improve readability and engagement
Re-write/re-purpose content from a variety of sources to ensure it can be used in multiple channels for maximum impact
Create compelling headlines and content that capture the attention of the target audience
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to generate original content
Ensure that content shares our story and vision and complies with the Company’s brand messaging, tone of voice guidelines
Candidate profile
3+ years experience as a content writer – financial services company experience is highly preferred
English proficiency is a must
Excellent writing and editing skills
A clear understanding of content marketing principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-team, global environment
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Strong attention to detail and an eye for consistency
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with confidence and ability to engage with partners and staff at all levels
Client service oriented
Fast learning, willingness to self-development and constantly expanding knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
