Required Qualifications

• experiencein M365 product platform (Security & Compliance),technicalenablement, solution design, Product demonstration and Proof of Concept,deployment

• Bachelor's orMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) combined with technicaldeployment,pre-salesor technical consulting experience.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+years’ experience in Microsoft Defender and othercloud-basedSecuritytechnologies, technical deployment,process management, execution, optimization, or related experience

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+years’ experience inMicrosoft Defender and othercloud-basedSecuritytechnologies, technical deployment,process management, execution, optimization, or related experience

• Experience: Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, andmap themwithMicrosoft Security and Complianceproducts and services,drive technical deployment and adoption. Understand the customer segment,apply competitiveanalysis

or Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud and hybrid, oron premisesinfrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.

Job Description

Technical Enablement

• You will reach out to customers proactively and independently using knowledge of customer context;expertisein MicrosoftDefender workloads (MDE, MDO, MDA, MDI, SIEM and XDR); along with other technical and industry knowledge. Leading technical discussions with customers andestablishingrules of engagement

• You will deliver onboarding sessions for MDE, MDO, MDA, MDI, and XDR to ensure customers understand deployment.

• You willassistcustomers with MDE configuration and best practices across Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, iOS, andDefender forServers.

• You will provide guidance on MDE features like TVM, incident management, alert tuning, AIR, ASR, NGP, and device control.

• You willidentifyprerequisites, runsizingtooland provideconfiguration best practices for complex MDI deploymentsto customers.

• You willidentifyprerequisites and provide guidance to deploy Defender for cloud appsuse

• You will provide guidance for migrating customers from third-party email security solutions to EOP and Microsoft Defender forOffice 365.

• You will helpcustomertroubleshoot issues and remove deployment blockers.Provide configuration guidance and best practices forthe UnifiedSecurity Operations Platform and Defender XDR capabilities.

• You willprovidedeployment guidance on Microsoft Entra ID capabilities including Conditional Access, Multi Factor Authentication, SSPR, PIM, MTO / B2B collaboration,Global Secure Access,IdentityprovisioningandLCW.

Partner with all FastTrack delivery roles to achieve sharedFastTrack program keyobjectives.
2. Education: You will proactivelyidentifylearning gaps; monitoring & responding to internal tech community posts, attending community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Practicingexpertiseby communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture anddemonstratingnew and updatedMicrosoft Defender and XDRproducts and services.
