You will be accountable and partnering across the Zones and Patient Care Solutions (PCS) franchise teams to ensure a winning strategy for the overall PCS business. In addition, you will take ownership of the services strategic accounts growth and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the core segments of the PCS portfolio from MSA, POS, ODS (including sweeps) as well as Accessories, Digital and new life cycle solutions
- Defining and communicating a clearly defined plan for each of the above segments with regards to offering portfolio, pricing strategy, go to market channels and activation plans
- Own and measure the key success measures for above segments within this portfolio
- Engage with modality teams to ensure effective NPI bundling and drive POS adoption
- Engage with service zone teams to build a market acceptable portfolio of contract and non-contract solutions to launch for each specific market and work closely with them on execution of the same
- Partner with PCS and product marketing to build awareness and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage with global and other region counterparts to bring in best practice and new solutions to the region. In addition to drive within region and global op mechs on portfolio
- Ensure leading and outcome health metrics are accurately measured and communicated to relevant teams with action plans to mitigate any risks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial execution as well as product management track record
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in field sales, product management
- Business acumen and domain expertise of the healthcare service business, market dynamics and macro environment
- Understanding of customer/marketplace and drivers that influence customer behavior
- Ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a collaborative way
