Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
Plan and personalize the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency
Ensure in time and quality delivery, revenue consumption and profitability management

WORK EXPERIENCE
6+ years of work experience in consulting company or within the IT department of an SAP Customer, delivering implementation and support services for various customers
Very good knowledge of financial business or controlling processes
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI and SAP CO configuration
Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules
Ideally experienced in working in virtual teams and international environment
Experience as team lead managing consultants into S/4Hana implementation projects
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics
High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen
Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skills
Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services
FOREIGN LANGUAGES
Fluent Romanian
English at business level
Conversational/advanced German or any other European language is an added advantage
