Sales Process - Manages the day to day and strategic: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic territory and account planning; quarterly results and long term account goals
Customers - Industrial customers in the process industries including, technical buyers, economic buyers, executives
People Management - Leverages and marshals cross functional company resources to address customers drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner
Travel Requirements - Geographic responsibilities (as well as revenues responsibility) may vary · Frequent Travel is a standard requirement of the job, frequency may vary with an expected 25% to 50% minimum
Key Skills and Experience
Educated to a minimum of University Degree level or equivalent (Preferably Engineering, Business or Marketing).
Experience within the automation industry, preferably with experience across instrumentation, automation & advanced applications
Strong knowledge of the markets we serve and ones we want to serve
Knowledge and experience selling BESS, DCS, PLC, and SIS
