The aim of thisposition: Build the TIM application analysis capability in electronics materiallab.

Job description:
Build up lab capability and lead the thermal management materialand application evaluation, set up and perform thermal measurements usingdirect and indirect methods.Collect information of competitors, end users andindustries, monitor competitors’ activities and make analysis/proposals forcounteraction.

Qualifications:
Master degree or above in electronicsmaterials, engineering thermophysics, electronics, polymer, materials, chemical,or related.
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in electronics industry,and 3 years on thermal design, thermal analysis or thermalmanagement material evaluation.
Strong theoretical background in thermal management and heattransfer. Familiar with thermal management materials on their properties,specifications, and testing methods.
Ability to perform thermal measurements using direct andindirect methods. Experienced in thermal simulation software would be a realasset but it is not mandatory to perform the work
Open mind and quick learning. Innovative in problem solvingand root cause analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Fluent oral English as a working language
