In this role, you will:
- Provide maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services.
- Coordinate with customer service representatives regarding submitted customer requests.
- Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed.
- Communicate product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation.
- Act as a liaison between the sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs.
- May perform post implementation analysis.
Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of financial services
- Completed 2 years in College
Desired Qualifications:
- Essential computer skills including outlook, excel, word, and SharePoint. Preferably strong knowledge with Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
Job Expectations:
- Role is already reporting onsite following a hybrid set up
- Role follows rotating shifts on a quarterly basis:
- 1st shift is 2:00PM – 11:00PM
- 2nd shift is 6:00PM – 3:00AM
- 3rd shift is 10:00PM – 7:00AM
