- Build and maintain a diverse technical pipeline using both traditional and creative sourcing methods.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication and support throughout the hiring journey.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
- Champion a best-in-class recruitment experience for every candidate, at every stage.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- At least 6 years of proven experience recruiting for R&D/technical positions.
- A track record of building and executing effective sourcing strategies for technical roles.
- Strong partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and resolve recruiting challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in a high-growth start-up, scale-up, or tech environment.
- A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights and hiring metrics to refine and improve recruitment processes.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to operate independently.
- A true team player with an inclusive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
