Ensure customer satisfaction for NPIs by delivering service parts readiness and availability on time.
Improve product quality by monitoring post-NPI service demand, identifying potential quality problems, and escalating to Engineering and Global parts organization.
Review all engineering changes for impact to service parts; prevent fulfillment gaps and trapped inventory due to engineering changes.
Improve fulfillment by prioritizing technical obsolescence and Supplier Change Request workload for supporting engineering and GSPO teams.
Collaborate with engineering teams to build service part lists for products going through M6, M7 and M8 milestones; develop strategy to ensure continued service parts fulfillment after product end of sales.
Support of Last Time Buy and Supplier Move projects to ensure spare part availability till End of Guaranteed Service.
Support VCP activities to increase availability of repaired and harvested spare parts.
Help to drive regional spare part pricing activities to secure revenue and margin targets.
Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GE HealthCare (GEHC) Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned quality and compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
3 years’ experience in cross-functional product development/integration, product support or project management.
Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results for multiple commitments in a global environment.
Experience working with product installed base teams or field service teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make formal presentations.
Patient Care Solutions (MS, DCAR, MIC, ARC) product knowledge and experience.
Experience working in MyWorkshop PDM system.
Experience working in Oracle GLPROD or other ERP Systems.
Experience working in SPM or other Planning Systems.
Strong analytical skills.
Proven experience improving processes and accelerating change.
