Perform requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and implementation of new workflow needs
Partner with business, product owner and key stakeholders to deliver creative solutions providing business value, efficiency & process improvements
Design and implement workflows using Java, JSON, Javascript and REST APIs
Modify existing software to fix bugs, adapt to new platforms and environments, and improve its performance
Collaborate with the other teams to deliver integrated solutions with a focus on Client experience
Design and implement features and applications using object-oriented software
Follow Agile development methodologies
Develop User Interface using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Communicate with team members and other teams to understand specific workflow requirements
Provide technical guidance and support for the development and troubleshooting of workflows
Document workflow specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology, Engineering (any), Mathematics, or related field plus 3+ years of experience in Application Development, or related experience
3+ years relevant experience financial services industry or background in financial technology
Strong knowledge of Java, JSON, Javascript and REST APIs to create and support workflows
Confluence, Alteryx, and Tableau experience as well as any kind of Workflow Implementation experience using BPMN or other tools is a big plus.
