Markets Operations Belfast Overview:

A role within Markets Operations means that you will have a global reach, in a supportive environment which will provide you with new experiences and development opportunities right here in Belfast’s iconic Titanic Quarter.

You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model.

What you'll do:

• Providing support to Front Office Sales and Trading desks primarily covering Fixed Income products.

• Maintain and manage daily tasks relating to trades

• Analyse discrepancies to resolve trade issues or client queries

• Ensure assigned procedures are updated, completed and maintained across assigned processes

• Contribute to the development of new techniques and improve processes and workflows

• Helping to maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis

What we’ll need from you:

• Equivalent work andindustry experiencepreferred

• Client Service experience preferred

• Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive

• Strong communicator who is articulate and concise

• Strong risk management and control mindset

• Self-reliant, good problem solver, results orientated.

Successful candidates will attend a two week Market Operations Training Academy if required.
