JOB DESCRIPTION

Success Factors for this position lies in building partnerships with Finance, Legal, Sourcing ,Engineering ,Supply Chain and ISC

The leader will be
responsible for building a high-performance culture by making People Development and Performance Management a top priority

Responsibility extends to ensuring adherence and project delivery according to Global Code of Conduct, Schedule of Executive Approvals (SEA), Global Project Methodology (GPM), Global Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health & Safety Policies as well as complying with Governance and Accounting practices and processes.

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

  • BE, MBA/ Advanced Business Degree preferred

Knowledge and skills (General and Technical)

  • Extensive experience in the Industrial Automation or Relevant Industry.
  • Professional Operational experience.
  • General Management experience responsible for P&L results.
  • 10+ years of customer and project experience.
  • Process Automation, project management experience.

Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)

  • High degree of business acumen with primary orientation toward process/systems, speed, cost quality and creating customer value and results.
  • Change management skills through continuous exploration and learning.
  • Cognitive skills: analytical and problem solving skills, as well as ability to provide a sound and reliable judgment in complex situations.
  • Strategy and execution skills with ability to operate strategically, tactically, and operationally.
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to operate collaboratively in a matrixed team environment with a win-win orientation.
  • Flexibility and resilience, including ability to adapt to changing/uncertain conditions.

  • Utilizes support functions and all other available resources to apply best practices.
