What you’ll do

• Service and support of SAP Cloud powered by HANA Customer Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support
• Ensure seamless alignment across multiple SAP internal and external stakeholders
• Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts, and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes
• Accountable for entire SAP engagement and perform sustainable relationship management with a client and act as an escalation point for delivery-related topics
• Deliver high quality service and ensure stable operations

What you bring

• Experience in documentation and training
• Experience in data analyzing, reporting using MS Excel and SAP systems
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to work effectively with virtual teams
• Demonstrated continuous learning
• Fluency both written and spoken in English
• German language skills preferred
