To deliver network security technology capabilities current solutions or delivery of new technology.

• Accountable for providing network Security solutions for Arm to reduce cyber risk and enable effective operational capability.
• Deliver a roadmap of technical security improvements where appropriate.
• Identification of technical security weaknesses and opportunities for improvements.
• Coordinating and driving technical security change across multiple teams, external vendors and through use of technical SMEs.
• Resolve high priority incidents, requests and progress problem records.
• Provide regular MI, reporting and presentations to senior management.
• Implement permanent and easily sustainable framework of security improvement. From identifying sources of change, (e.g., security threats/risks, business requirements, auditing/testing results) to a continuous framework of change.
• Provide support and governance for our internal and external audit functions.

• Extensive knowledge of VPN, NAC, firewall and network security tools and technology.
• Solid understanding of Email security, AV, EDR tools.
• Ability to convey highly technical and complex subjects, including articulating risk, to non-technical senior audiences.
• Ability to work with technical SMEs and stakeholders to drive forward enhanced technical security change.
• Senior colleague and external vendor management capabilities.
• Demonstrates a good understanding of the range of technical security control concepts, procedures and systems (i.e., Email Security, AV, EDR).

• Security qualifications helpful but not crucial, i.e., CISP, CISM.
• Project Management, i.e., Agile or Prince2!
• Solid grasp of ITIL processes!
