JOB TITLE:Project Manager (SAP)
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will play a pivotal part in supporting scaling Client’s Clean Core Program to migrate their Customizations from ECC environment to BTP or other Platforms. The role is responsible for keeping the client informed of project progress, tracking and communicating financial status including ensuring project objectives are met by specified date and quality and mitigating risk.
- 5+ years of project management experience ; multiple projects
- Meeting includes, but are not limited to, business stakeholders and offshore operations team
- Special projects and ad hoc reporting by collecting and analysing the budget verses actual and other duties as requested by management.
- Adherence to company IT implementation methodology and documentation standards
- Familiarity with SAP modules (one of the functional areas : OTC, RTR, STP), related integrations, and the touch points with SAP BTP for Clean Core Project is a plus.
- Fair understanding of development work (e.g. manage the integration effort between SA and other Edge Apps)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create, maintain and deliver reporting, insights and metrics across business stakeholders to help drive a focus on execution and excellence across BTC
- Identify matters regarding budget, resources, timelines, and communicate to management in order to seek support of any changes
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the management and escalate issues, as necessary
- Lead regular working meeting, including effective agenda planning, facilitation, and tracking/follow up on deliverable until closed
- Manage the changes in S/4 Business & Present the changes proposed by Functional & technical Team in CAB .
- Ensure the project documentation basing the different phases are prepared as per RACI of stakeholders & documented in SharePoint.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Outstanding communication, leadership, management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Projects, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint (strategic deck designer)
