What you will do:

• E2E suspension and termination of orders for all global volume customers (including post-termination activities) and termination of strategic orders up to full termination
• Identify, assess, review and document all suspension/termination related cases for Volume Customers segment (including performing SOX controls and supporting SOX audits)
• Report on and forecast of the suspension and termination (all EHF related) activities’ financial and business impact for the current and future quarters in close cooperation with the GVC reporting SPOC
• Engage with CFOs and Regional Strategic Collections Directors and SPOCs to align on suspension/termination activities.
• Optimize the suspension and termination process working with CC GVC process automation SPOC, leadership, relevant strategic stakeholders and CPIT colleagues.
• Other related duties as assigned

What you will bring:

- expertise in ISP, CRM, and other SAP tools is a plus
