BUSINESS responsibility:
Sales excellence: you support on ‘Business development’-activities by actively contributing on proposals and driving pieces of it end-to-end based on guidelines and discussions with senior leaders in the firm;
You support the team in building ‘pitch’ or inspirational documents and join client discussions;
Building diverse capabilities: you support the market position of EY-Parthenon by driving inspirational eminence pieces forward. You make your community shine by helping out on one or more team activities.
LEADERSHIP responsibilities:
Effective communication: you are confident in presenting insights towards senior (client) stakeholders. You have strong stakeholder management skills and are capable in ‘challenging’ your client and leaders in a constructive way;
Collaboration: you are a go-to-person for both junior practitioners (for coaching) as leaders (for engagement support).
must have
A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a strategy consulting firm and/or in a corporate strategy departments or strategic roles;
A Master’s degree in civil/business engineering, economics or similar. An MBA or any additional master’s degree will be considered as a strong asset;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps;
Experience with executing complex business projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams;
Strong internal and external business development acumen;
An entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch, French or English. Preferably you master one of the Belgian national languages.
