We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep customer empathy, passion for design, and strong technical aptitude. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a globally distributed,and passionate team. You will drive the vision and design for Azure DevOps product features, evangelize their usage, and help customers use them effectively in their DevOps transformations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degreeAND 5+ years of product management, program management, or equivalent experience withdemonstratedability to discover opportunities and define and deliver products.

• Experience building features for a cloud service/application, SaaS at scale.

• Familiarity with modern software development practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree AND 7+ years of experience.

• 1+ years of experience with DevOps tools and domain.

As part of your responsibilities, you will:

• Own the product vision foran area in AzureDevOps. Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision, and help our customers succeed.

• Manage the roadmap. Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long-term. Build trust with stakeholders bymaintainingan understandable,accurateroadmap.

• Be the voice of the customer. Work closely with several large customers including teams within Microsoft to synthesize their requirements and design solutions to meet them efficiently.

• Collaborate across teams. We win or lose as a team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.

• Measure success. Own the measures used to define success for your product. Success measures are defined at theinceptionof a product and tracked throughout its lifecycle. Make measures visible to all stakeholders and interpret them into actionable conclusions and new hypotheses.

• Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, collaboration, and customer focus.
