- Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. - Demonstrated understanding of one or all of the following: drinking water treatment, reuse, and/or distribution, wastewater treatment, and/or treatment processes and technologies. - Multi-discipline design management experience - Strong communication skills, both written and oral - Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities - Project management experience for water utility projects - Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work - Professional Engineer (PE) License Ideally, You’ll Also Have: - Experience with process mechanical design and willingness to perform as the discipline lead role on an as-needed basis - More than 8 years of experience - Experience with industrial water - Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
