As a Senior Consultant, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies and solutions for engagements. You will provide consultative business and technical delivery services for a range of complex customer-facing consulting engagements, in partnership with Global Pre-Sales, Account Management and Solutioning Teams. Specifically, you will be part of projects deploying, administering and configurating digital transformation software stacks.

Also, as one of the senior-most technical members of the Services Delivery team, for the Digital Transformation Practice, you will work alongside other Dell badged Consultants & Sr. Consultants, to earn the customer’s trust through competence, technical acumen, consulting expertise, and partnership. You would also be responsible for providing guidance/oversight to these individuals and technical grooming activities for their skill upgrading. This position requires a dynamic individual with expert customer-facing skills, leadership qualities and forecasting abilities for a particular technology and its lifecycle.

You will:

• Assist our customers in their journey of architecting and building new Cloud-Native Apps
• Become an agent of change within customer organizations, aiding Digital Transformation
• Use DevSecOps to accelerate the development processes, suggesting and implementing architecture improvements, recommending process improvements for Infrastructure Provisioning Automation and deploying, automating, maintaining and managing Release Automation Pipelines, to ensure the faster release of new features to productions systems
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products for quick onboarding of automation
• Support Advisory Consultants, Senior Principal Engineers and Senior Solution Architects in working with Sales, Pre-Sales, GTM and Customers in a semi-sales role, providing competency and product based solutioning and help towards deal-closures

• Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry, with preferably a graduation degree in computer science or engineering etc., along with a post-graduation in business.
• At least, 6+ years of exp. working in various technical areas (viz. DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, Application Modernization, Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing, AI & ML, Blockchain, IoT, Telecommunications, Data Science, Data Engineering etc.) in a customer-facing delivery role, in the capacity of a Senior Consultant / Senior Architect / Customer Engagement Associate or Executive / Customer Success Associate or Executive, in a Consulting Services Organization or Department of a well-known brand.
• At least, 3+ years of experience of engaging with Pre-Sales and Sales team, towards working on RFIs and RFPs and creating solutions for customers seeking Digital Transformation, GenAI, EDGE-based solutions.
• Business Consulting Certifications like CMC (Certified Management Consultant), PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), Agile, Change Management (Prosci), CFA, CIMA, Digital Marketing etc. will be a definite requirement.
• Proven experience of leading large scale Digital Transformation projects and technical teams, with specialization in the following areas – Strategic Leadership, Client Engagement, Technical Expertise (e.g. knowledge of best practices across Cloud Technologies, Digital Transformation, DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, App Modernization and GenAI), Research & Innovation (with experience of publishing white papers or patent acquisitions), Business Acumen, Exceptional Comm. Skills and Presentability (i.e. should showcase mastery in being well-prepared and visually appealing in a professional or formal context).
• Must have the ability to engage and guide Senior DevOps Engineers, Platform Engineers, Data Scientists, Senior Technical Staff Members and Architects, to explore customer’s existing and future ecosystem and design/suggest solutions.

Desirable Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in implementing & supporting projects in the infrastructure deployment, setup and configuration space, through automation, with deep understanding of the DevSecOps and IaC tooling ecosystem (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker etc. with scripting skills on Python) including good knowledge and experience of Kubernetes, MLOps and AIOps tools.
• Deep knowledge of deployment and configuration of Kubernetes Clusters using RedHat OpenShift, Tanzu, Rancher etc. and deep knowledge of K8s application deployments, helm charts and K8s operators (CNCF Kubernetes certifications like CKAD, CKA, CKS, KCNA and KCSA will be a definite plus).
