Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to –
- Leading and supporting the delivery of Victorian Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Management Plans;
- Supervision and undertaking heritage assessments, significance assessments and Cultural Heritage Management Plans;
- Overseeing portfolios of projects and preparing proposals for some of our key clients; and
- Ownership and responsibility for independently writing heritage reports and assessments, and preparing more complex heritage reports and assessment with guidance from more experienced staff.

Here's what you'll need
- Victorian Registered Heritage Advisor with the appropriate qualifications and experience to lead fieldwork in accordance with the requirements of the new Minister’s Guidelines
- Honours or postgraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g. heritage management, archaeology)
- Consulting experience, with a focus on Aboriginal heritage in Victoria
- Applied knowledge of State and Commonwealth heritage legislation and relevant guidelines
- Excellent research and site analysis skills
- Excellent writing and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to support and manage heritage projects in a timely manner, within budget, and to a high level of quality.
