Job Responsibilities
- Process and validate Income and Mandatory Corporate actions efficiently.
- Own and escalate issues related to the Announcement Capture Utility.
- Supervise the delivery of Announcement Capture operations for your location.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction exceptions promptly.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform root cause analysis to enhance STP and reduce inquiries.
- Partner with client service teams to streamline manual processes.
- Understand and manage Risk Management issues effectively.
- Collaborate with technology teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure queries are resolved within SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain high standards for quality assurance and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Exhibit strong understanding of financial instruments and corporate actions.
- Communicate effectively with all staff levels and business partners.
- Adapt to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Think strategically and execute plans practically.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Have experience in custody & fund services or prime brokerage.
- Show expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, or Derivatives.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate leadership with the ability to manage by influence.
- Be proactive in identifying and escalating issues.
