The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced materials characterization and analysis to support both Manufacturing Operations and R&D initiatives.
Additionally, this role requires expertise in developing and implementing automation solutions and data analytics tools to streamline lab processes and enhance data interpretation.
The successful candidate will work closely with Process Development Teams to integrate and correlate process outputs with characterization data, fostering a holistic understanding of material behavior and performance.
Strong technical acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively are essential for this position.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science/Engineering or Physics with minimum 3-5 years of work experience
Master's degree or higher in Materials Science/Engineering or Physics with minimum 1-2 years of work experience
Understanding of material properties, phase diagrams, and microstructural analysis, ability to connect material properties with process parameters and outcomes
Materials Characterization for example: SEM, TEM, EDX, AFM etc.
PREFERRED:
Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in statistical methods, including DoE and regression analysis
Experience in FIB is great advantage

Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in Python and SQL is a plus
