Market Ops

The Collateral Operations Unit monitors daily margining for customers across various products (Rates, Commodity, Structured Credit, Equity, Foreign Exchange, and Repo, Futures & Options). The Counterparty’s net exposure is evaluated each morning in order to determine collateral requirement. Margin Calls are made and received by Collateral Analyst and collateral exchanged. Team is also responsible to perform Security Optimization, Journal processing, liquidity and regulatory reporting.

Individual will be responsible for metric governance which require collection/validation of metric values, followed by gathering RCA & G2G commentary on non-performing metrics. Individual will also be working closely with India NTCO teams on driving the risk culture and identify/remediate gaps that are identified during the process review/deep dive.

- Responsible for monitoring of adherence of Enterprise Data Management - Data USE standard for all NFRR reports. The function enforces controls on the NFRR Inventory metadata, monitor Production Health of the reports and track and report production health breaches and regulatory inquiries.

Manage projects/ tasks/changes/deliveries involving service, operations, or administrative associates. Prepare and manage documents like BRD (Business requirement Document), test cases, test script related with owned projects. Manage stakeholder / UAT/ system environment in regions at Global level

Part of the job may also require focus on ensuring all process automation solutions are adhering to our enterprise change and governance policies. Our Program is tasked with the execution of an emerging technology portfolio which varies in capability from RPA, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools to Machine Learning platforms.

PDS/Security Masterbusiness provides associates a unique opportunity to learn and build hands on understanding of various asset classes ex; Fixed Income, Equities, Futures and Options traded globally. It provides the candidates a flavor of what attributes are required to build an instrument and ongoing amendments to facilitate various process across the bank to operate seamlessly. The GRA (Global Risk Analytics) DSTRO MDEteam is responsible for assessing AI solutions implemented across the bank (built internally or externally) to identify any risks which may have unintended consequences. The role involves assistance in model development and model documentation to facilitate model validation by Model Risk Management (MRM), assistance in remediation of MRM’s RAIs (Required Action Items), model governance through intra-cycle monitoring, representation in internal and external audits, etc. Individual will be part of the Global Risk Analytics(GRA ), will work in one of the sub functions which includes data quality Development, insights and model development, performing data mining , economic data research, data effort in an evolving data environment. This position must have strong technical skills, superb Business process analysis and interpersonal skills. The ability to extract and analyze data, understand and business requirements and translate into design, Develop / enhance the codes. Individual should be Passionate about finding insights from large data sets working with diverse business groups. Able to work independently or in a team on complex projects.

, will be involved in designing, running and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and provide meaningful insights on current business trends. The incumbent will be required to liaise with onshore partners across global locations on a regular basis to understand the requirements, get fresh reporting requirement, and provide clarifications, among other things.

Fraud Detection- Development of new and optimize existing fraud detection strategies using statistical, analytical and quantitative methods. Goal will be to identify and mitigate new and emerging fraud threats.

Global Technology and Operations (GT&O)- Individual will interact with Model Developers, Model Owners and Global Control Functions to prioritize and complete validation activities and to effectively maintain and oversee the model risk governance processes. The candidate is also expected to provide support to senior management during regulatory and audit exams and submission requirements.

Enterprise Model Risk Managementseeks a quantitative analyst in the Wholesale Model Risk team to conduct independent testing and review of models used for wholesale loss forecasting, risk rating scorecards, regulatory capital, and allowance including CECL and IFRS 9. These are high profile modeling areas in the bank, with continual senior management and regulatory focus.

In addition, this job is to ensure that the appropriate Risk related activities are preformed based on the analysis of that client data and in accordance with AML policies. This information is critical in our efforts to comply with internal risk avoidance efforts and external compliance requirements. The purpose of the job is to report and analyze data around completeness and accuracy of the “Know Your Customer” data and information that is collected on our clients and to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures. Global procurement- Individual would require to be a highly motivated procurement professional who will be responsible for executing/processing Master Agreements, complex sub-agreements such as Statement of Work, Addendum, Amendments, Schedule, Evaluation Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Change Orders etc. end to end for respective Sourcing categories. Individual will perform as a contributing member in Sourcing COE team in any of the subgroups and drive compliance to Procurement standards and goals, reduce complexities, maintain quality standards and realize/highlight opportunities to negotiate on contractual and commercial terms with incumbent and or new vendors.

Client Services -An associate working for the process would be expected to not only just look for the company/industry information from the published reports, but also be able to analyze and understand which data points and financial metrics are important for a particular industry. Hence, the profile requires advanced research capabilities, database knowledge, finance and economics understanding as well as analytical skills. The candidate should be able to convert factual information into a highly analytical and incisive presentation. Support Syndication of Fixed Income Instruments which would include providing financial as well as qualitative analysis for each proposed loan/bond offering and providing regular market updates to the bankers. Provide expertise in ESG issues during transaction execution across the full capital structure.

EIT Testing: Conduct independent process testing in support of identified needs, Testing includes activities such as manual, automated, surveillance and transaction level testing, Accountable for monitoring quality test execution, reversal/rebuttals, reporting and resolving issues escalated by LOB/testers, and monitoring the completion of all tests as scheduled


EIT Automation: Develop/build automated tests on the required platform while adhering to development standards

Conduct end-to-end testing on applications and technology to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC, Executes test scripts based upon test strategy/plans in an effort to identify defects prior to production

Requirements

Education:B Tech./ MBA/ PGDM / Maters in Economics / Quantitative Technique & Economics/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain/ Operations/ Statistics/ Data Sciences
