Joining EY Luxembourg's digital consulting team, you will provide transformative solutions and expert insights in the realm of Microsoft CRM and Power Platform services. Your responsibilities include a comprehensive functional analysis of diverse CRM platforms, coupled with an in-depth grasp of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) features. Additionally, your proficiency with the Power Platform will be instrumental in enhancing and tailoring new workflows. You'll play a crucial role throughout the enhancement lifecycle of CRM systems, modifying and advancing the platform to meet organizational needs. Leveraging your familiarity with contemporary development tools and platforms, especially those pertinent to automation and app development, you will be pivotal in optimizing business processes and fostering innovation.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Business functional expertise, including conducting workshops, designing future-state processes, and collaborating with business stakeholders to define objectives and outcomes
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Power Platform, with a particular focus on PowerApps and Power Automate
  • Dedication to the ongoing refinement of the CRM system to meet evolving business requirements
  • Ability to offer advanced daily support to users of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform
  • Skilled in the administration of Dynamics 365 CE, along with overseeing Azure Virtual Machines and SQL Server environments
  • Proven experience in facilitating system enhancements and routine maintenance, including customizations using PowerApps
  • Competence in backend development for Dynamics 365 CE, particularly with .NET, complemented by capabilities in API integrations
  • The capability to provide daily third-level user support for the Dynamics 365 CE system

Diplomas

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or other appropriate academic majors

Language requirements

  • Good oral and written skills for both French and English
