Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in supply chain operations, asset management, manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, or supplier management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations, or a related technical field.
- Experience in products from prototype to production, with Supply/Demand Planning and Accounting/Finance.
- Experience in leading cross-functional process improvements, and collaborate and influence across multiple-levels of an organization.
- Experience with Rack, Power, Advanced Cooling solution development and ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis for business proposal, supply chain design and supply risk mitigation.
- Ability to shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking, and customizing communications based on the audience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
