Required Qualifications:

• • OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND senior-level experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
  • OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

• Build Insightful Tools: Create dashboards and self-service reports using platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics, applying techniques such as Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power Query.
• Drive Scalable Analytics: Implement repeatable, self-service processes and recommend automation and artificial intelligence–based solutions to improve speed and efficiency.
• Lead Advanced Analysis: Apply statistical methods and experimentation frameworks to answer business questions and generate actionable insights.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Collaborate with data engineers to maintain reliable pipelines, resolve data quality issues, and enforce privacy, security, and ethical artificial intelligence standards.
• Translate Strategy into Data Solutions: Convert business needs into technical requirements and guide decisions through high-impact analytics.
• Promote Collaboration and Adoption: Build strong cross-functional relationships and drive alignment on data tools, sources, and methodologies.
