Bachelor's degree in Business, related field or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to manage the client relationships in the area.

Experience in managing performing teams identify, attract and develop diverse, talented people, and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
Ability to be Independent, takes initiative who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment, with problem-solving skills.
Ability to own sales team operations portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution. Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling.
