This position requires experience with developing efficient computer vision algorithms on resource-constrained computing platforms on edge. You will collaborate with different Amazon teams to make informed decisions on the best practices in machine learning to build highly-optimised integrated hardware and software platforms.Key job responsibilities
- Research and implement the state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning methods to deliver high-quality artifacts that meets product specifications.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, machine-learning model development, model validation and gap analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and research new machine learning approaches to drive continued scientific innovation.

- Experience of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and multiple years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
