Your key responsibilities
- Manage end to end projects across various pillars within the organization and contribute towards overall vision of organization.
- Manage projects with strong organizational skills and support on the following tasks:
- Perform Project Initiation. Create Project Charter and develop Project Plans across Time, Cost, Scope & Resources.
- Manage project execution, which includes inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule
- Monitor Project Triple constraints and report Project Health to the Stakeholders/Program Managers.
- Identify Project Risks. Monitor & Control Risks by performing Risk Mitigation Strategies.
- Ensure that tasks are delivered as per committed deadlines (SLA/KPIs)
- End to end financial reporting and budget management including financial year-end accrual activities & Expense management
- Contract management – IOM creation and execution with GCO & SCS
- BRIDGE & Purchase Requisitions management
- Adhoc operational support – Org chart maintenance, engagement code creation and management, distribution lists maintenance
- As a people manager, you will collaborate closely with peers, team members, internal departments, supporting the leadership team to manage internal and external deadlines and iterations.
- Identify potential improvement opportunities and take responsibility to drive them to completion.
- Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project deliverables

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Overall - 9 to 12 years of experience
- Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
- Experience of Managing end-2-end projects. Minimum 9+ years of corporate experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management
- Experience in financial management framework
- Willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
- Flexible to Support various Global time zone depending on the need
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge in PMBOK concepts
- Knowledge in Project Management tools
- Expert in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
- Experience in PowerApps will be an added advantage
