Your role:
• Establishing clear short- and long-term strategy and management of the own channels
• Achieving budgeted sales volumes and profit margin
• Distributor management and drive strategy through distributor and retailers
• Driving selling-out, ensuring profitability and growth of the channel by continuously optimizing the fundamentals, including Distribution, Shelving, Merchandizing
• Systematically analyzing the sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvements.
• Coordinating efficient One Team approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members at account level for his/her channels
• Developing Key Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and driving key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth; fully leveraging the BMC operating model while it will need to increasingly support product, solutions and services towards full portfolio standardization
• Driving continuous improvement via Lean

You're the right fit if you have :
1. Bachelor’s degree,
2. 10 years of sales (B2C) experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods,
3. Team management experience
4. Customer and Consumer centric attitude
5. A driven, solution-oriented attitude with an excellent project management skills
6. Manage by influence and work effectively with cross functional team
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with capability to inspire,
