As OD&L Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering various OD and Learning programs and solutions to promote employee growth and development (Onboarding, professional and leadership training, performance management process, talent management, and more).
Responsibilities:
- Identify learning needs, develop, and execute the annual L&D program
- Develop F2F workshops and digital learning solutions
- Design, plan, and execute leadership training programs tailored to various levels (FLM, Mid-Level Management, and Senior Management)
- Plan and execute cross-organizational talent development programs
- Work with external vendors and internal experts to build and run learning plans
- Plan & execute learning solutions at the macro and micro level
- Monitor and follow up on the training budget and the annual work plan
- Assess L&D programs effectiveness
