Description
As a Workforce Analyst you’ll be responsible for:Utilizing our workforce management tools to maintain optimal productivity and minimize developer wait times.Accurate data entry in our time management system.Partnering with cross-functional teams to help develop long-term workforce strategies and design business requirements to solve problems.Supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational scalability.Researching and applying industry best practices in workforce planning and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or analytics, preferably in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in data analysis techniques that allow you to identify workforce trends, forecast needs, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to create detailed reports and present to senior leadership, highlighting workforce performance, productivity, and capacity.
- Collaborate with operations teams to design and implement effective scheduling and staffing models.
- Experience in balancing business demands, while focusing on efficiency and flexibility for our employees.
- Strong background in inventory management.
- Previously have used workforce management tools, like Kronos or Workday, to automate and streamline scheduling, forecasting, and analytics.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or analytics, preferably in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Ability to create detailed reports and present to senior leadership, highlighting workforce performance, productivity, and capacity.

- Experience in retail, supply chain, or technology industries.

- Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
