Manage relationships for a designated Custody client portfolio in collaboration with global coverage and products partners.
Support new business growth and provide local support for opportunities (such as due diligence activities etc.) as well as high standard responses for AFME and other client questionnaires.
Identify and support sales opportunities as well as client implementations and onboarding processes.
Leverage your local knowledge of clients’ and infrastructure to optimize the outcomes for Citi and for its clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the requirements of large institutional custody clients.
Prioritize client needs in everything we do to deliver best-in-class service, in line with Citi’s policies and procedures, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations, while serving as the escalation point for client related issues.
Work with the operations team to eliminate root causes of services issues and client inquiries, working with regional management on product improvements and ensuring servicing and capacity problems are addressed.
Represent Citi in the market and attend market meetings, with the aim of influencing the alignment of local legislation and the adoption of agreed regional/global market standards to foster harmonization, through strong leadership in the local Industry associations.
Monitor the trends and revenue targets of the designated client portfolio; Contribute the information to the Custody Country Head for the regular management reviews and processes.
What we’ll need from you
Over 5-8 years of relevant experience in Custody business with extensive knowledge in capital markets, market infrastructure or in a similar client relationship or product management role.

Qualifications:
Advance level of English language knowledge.
Turkish language skills would be preferred.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent professional experience.
