Operates functional equipment, including printing, scanning, inserting, sortation, x-ray, and other equipment as applicable.
Receives and processes incoming and outgoing work.
Prints, finishs, and distributes all submitted print requests and documents.
Scans documents/files and integrates them into agreed document workflows/depositories.
Arranges courier collection, including required manifests and documentation.
Manages other logistics functions such as overnight shipping.
Fulfills inventory management for production centers.
Maintains basic record-keeping and tracks data as required by management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Alternates between multiple locations within the job location state/country to provide coverage as needed, with variation in work hours to meet coverage needs.

Self-motivated with proven ability to learn and to seek and participate in cross training opportunities and willingness to utilize downtime to learn new skills.
