You will work closely with passionate professionals to support a variety of strategic and operational activities, including:
- Actively supporting presales and sales team by understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and assisting with overall presales/sales cycle.
- You will assist with client presentations, client care and sales reporting.
- You will participate in marketing activities, campaigns, conferences and meet potential clients.
- Support PMO activities and help the team manager with forecasts, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Track customer engagement activities, KPIs, and value drivers to monitor progress in transformation initiatives.
- Ability in using and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads and sales activities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events and workshops, including follow-ups and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Active student with university status
- Relationship to technology and appetite to advance yourself though digital reskilling and upskilling.
- Passion for innovation and a curious mind
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of SAP portfolio and solutions and the ability to explain its technical aspects to clients is beneficial.
- Sales acumen and customer oriented approach with focus on quality and customer care.
- Robust Interpersonal Skills, Organizational and Time Management:
- Greek and English on very high level in written and spoke
