As a Sr.Controllership Manager (Transformation) at Honeywell, you will report directly to the GFC Controllership Transformation Director and drive the Controllership transformation projects, monitor its execution, manage transformation day meetings, refine the operating system for transformation, and lead the Transformation Center of Excellence for Global & GFC / Regional accordingly.

You will lead, identify and support transformation initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and drive cost reduction efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading the Controllership transformation function and delivering projects, communications, program governance across multiple projects and initiatives which spread across Global / Regional.

Continuously reviewing and recommending changes to the current monthly cadence and operating model.

Identify and implement projects around the latest technologies, including AI technology and BOT technology

Working with Controllership operations to design future state processes.

Driving monthly routines for Finance Transformation and providing updates to Finance Leadership.

Education and Certifications • 10+ years of finance operations experience, leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, Subject matter expertise in accounting, policies and system deployment
• Finance process knowledge in the areas of controllership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership , influencing and change management skills
